Terms of Service

By accessing or using the CodeBlimp website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

Services Provided

CodeBlimp provides custom software development, AI app rescue, and related engineering services. The scope of work, deliverables, and timelines for any specific project will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or contract.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise specified in a formal agreement, our standard payment terms for project-based work are 50% advance before work begins, and 50% upon successful delivery. Monthly retainers are billed at the beginning of the service month. We accept payments via Stripe (for international clients) and Razorpay/UPI/Bank Transfer (for clients in India).

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of final payment, all intellectual property rights for the custom software developed specifically for you will be transferred to you. CodeBlimp retains the right to use non-confidential, open-source, or pre-existing proprietary tools and libraries in the development process.

Confidentiality & NDAs

We take your intellectual property seriously. We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before discussing sensitive project details or reviewing your codebase.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CodeBlimp, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
